Michael Harrison

Founder

Michael is an exceptional instructor that combines a strong academic foundation with real-world expertise. He earned his BS in Mathematics from Caltech and completed graduate studies in mathematics at the University of Washington, specializing in Number Theory. Beyond his formal education, Michael is a self-taught programmer who has taught Mathematics and Computer Programming at the college level, honing his ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse learners. His professional experience includes working as a quantitative analyst (quant) at a hedge fund, where he applied advanced mathematical models to financial markets, and as a programmer at Google, leveraging his analytical skills in a cutting-edge tech environment.

Kimberly Hatch Harrison

Founder

Kimberly earned her BS in Biology and another BS in English at Caltech. She did her graduate work in Molecular Biology at Princeton, specializing in Immunology and Neurobiology. Kimberly spent 16+ years as a research scientist and a dozen years as a biology and chemistry instructor.
