Study Tips

How do we get our work done? We use the POMODORO TECHNIQUE. This is a great method for managing your time. It involves breaking your tasks into 25 minute chunks, then taking a 5 minute break, and then doing another cycle. Repeat until you're done! It's amazing how much more efficient you will be when using this time management technique. This is the right way to do multitasking - staying VERY focused on one task at a time. The Pomodoro Technique was invented by Francesco Cirillo in the late 1980s. He used a little Tomato-shaped timer, and that's where the name came from!
